Error connecting to postgresql server?

Installed PostgreSQL using the "brew install postgresql" command. "psql --version" says 10.3. I can not make friends with Postgresql rails, writes such an error. 5a9ecf4118116245425849.pngCan anyone come across?

The rail is not friendly with the 10th version. Passed stage. Install postgres version 9.6.
