Error after placing an order, how to fix it?

Good afternoon. Please tell me after placing an order, when I click on the PLACE ORDER button, some incomprehensible inscriptions come out, although it should say "Your order has been successfully placed on the site" (This comes out in the normal browser state, without incognito). The most interesting thing is that the data is loaded in orders, and when I place it through incognito mode, everything works fine. We bought the aspro next template and installed it.
1) I use the penultimate version of sale.order.ajax - which works on PHP.

You have a JSON line in the "incomprehensible inscriptions", which informs you about the successful completion of the order and gives you a link where you need to go further. Obviously, somewhere in the component or template they missed this step and stupidly display this line for you instead of working out the action on it.
Contact those peppers from whom you bought the template - most likely, their cant.

I remember meeting this guy. I did not find a solution, I need to dig towards the end of the design in php files. I got out of the situation by replacing it with the default design completely, and then I rewrote it already.
