Error "Access is denied" when running gulp sass task?

The project is located on a network drive. All tasks are executed correctly except for gulp-sass.

Everything compiles fine on the local drive.

There are not enough libraries on the network drive, apparently the dependent components were not transferred.
Had this problem, installed every library it asked for manually. I spent about an hour and got it to work)
After a while I interrupted Windows and went the other way, installed the terminal to ubuntu, installed everything through it and I can’t get enough of it)
