ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECT when setting read?

I pull the layout on WP. Hosted by 000webhost.
Installed WP. Added a theme (generated on underscore.me. Installed the ACF plugin. Created a new page called Main in the pages. In the settings, set the reading
to Display on the main page and selected my Main page. (if this property is not activated, everything works)
And when loading site error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS Tell me
why, and what to do?
P./S - Changing the config file as in this topic did not help
