Erhernet is over 1Gbps on a MacBook Pro. Is it real?

Hi all! I got a ready-made NAS, which has 2 ethernet ports of 2.5 Gb / s. How can I connect my MacBook Pro to it to get more than 1Gb/s transfer speed? Thunderbolt 3 can transfer up to 40Gbps, but Apple's website only sells a 1Gbps adapter.
