Ergonomic keyboard?

The right ergonomic keyboard for work (write code). I decided to take care of my health and warn myself against carpal tunnel syndrome .
Can anyone advise something?

I recommend Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 :)
By the end of the day, even if you write code all day, your wrists don't get tired.

Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 - no options. You get used to it for a few days, and then you get high.

At the Microsoft comfort curve 2000 itself.

- Inexpensive (~ $ 23).
- The angle of the keys - 7%.
- Quiet keystroke, convenient for touch typing. The buttons are well pressed, not noisy, the distance between the buttons is about half a millimeter.
I recently read a review on this topic on the net. Ergonomics of computer keyboards .
Who will not look, I will retell it in a nutshell.
Split keyboards like the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 are far from the best in the ergonomic keyboard lineup.

The best are symmetrical keyboards, like this

Of course, they are more expensive, but the choice is yours. If you want, read the review, maybe it will help you make the right choice.

Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard - I got used to it for 2-4 weeks, but it’s a huge help in learning the blind 10-finger typing method, and it has a stand, just so that the wrists lie on it and do not arch, from which there is less chance of getting a tunnel syndrome and the forearms themselves the day does not get tired at all.
In general, if you use it to the maximum, then only with a stand.

Microsoft Comfort Curve. I saw Natural Ergonomic 4000 but I don’t understand how to use it - the entire keyboard is raised above the table level, which is too strange for me (although someone likes it).

The keyboard from the Wireless Comfort Desktop 5000 set is not bad (at one time I wanted to take the Natural 4000, but then I decided that it would be harder to get used to it and took a more standard version).
Among the shortcomings:
- unusually small function keys
- glossy top (multimedia keys)
- this is a set, a large and heavy mouse is included
- the mouse wheel spins without clicks, at first it will be difficult to use scrolling
In general, most of this at first is easy you need to get used to it, then it no longer seems like a terrible minus and does not interfere with work.

Some time ago, a slightly different question began to torment me. I suddenly decided that the keyboard is “stupid” =) That is, it’s like a GUI - they threw out a bunch of keys for you, and sit and poke. I started to look at what there is in general besides ordinary keyboards, and I found, firstly, such a thing as chord keyboards ( chorded keayboard
alphagrip
, Wikipedia has a photo of an ugly device, there are modern ones), and secondly, here is such a device: to order, it can be really convenient. All the information is on their website www.alphagrips.com
As for chords, I plan to try frogpad and twiddler. In general, I saw five different pieces of them, google.
The usual keyboard infuriates me more and more every day =)
By the way, there are also vertical mice, however, I'm already leaning towards the trackball.
The dream is generally taking shape slowly - to build it all into a chair and sit lounging, and not to crawl back and forth with your hands. Sorry, for the confusion, if I order, I’ll write all this normally in the post.
