English text analysis - are there analogues of mystem?

Good day everyone
I really need a text analyzer like Mystem from Yandex, only for English.
What should be able to:
- run from the command line (preferably from under UNIX)
- parse words based on context or dictionary
- issue part of speech, form, etc. and possible variants, for example saw (saw, noun, singular | see verb ...
- free for at least non-commercial use
I searched a lot and for a long time and could not find
