English from scratch?

Goal: to learn English in 1.5 years (grammar is required, + reading (to understand well what is written), and the conversational part - to speak and understand what is said.), I know 150 words at the moment, I don’t know grammar at all.
How? There is an option - for the first month or two - to accumulate a vocabulary, and then learn grammar (+ replenishing vocabulary), after, the remaining couple of months to train the conversational part. The tutor is canceled because they just don't exist in the city.
How do you like this option? Or tell me your options

There is a channel on YT "English Galaxy". It has a playlist of 350+ lessons, all grammar. Each lesson is divided into two. Theory, then practice on this theory. Translation of sentences.
The only thing that helped me to start learning English on my own. I have never seen anything like it.
At the moment, only 58 lessons have been completed so far, but the result is simply amazing. I myself can’t believe that I have advanced so much ... I used to think it was unrealistic for me to learn English.
At the moment, in practice translated about 8,000 sentences. Everything fits like clockwork, without any tension. + a lot of new words while theory is being studied. I am already familiar with Present Simple, Past Simple and Future Simple.
Through the lesson there will be a large control practice in 3 times.
In general, I highly recommend. You can read reviews under any video, 99.9% positive. Plus everything is absolutely free. + 5555 grammar tests app recently released

You can start with lingusta " lingust.ru/english "
as well as sit on " https://lingualeo.com/ru " in parallel, read simple texts, learn words.
On youtube subscribe to the channel " https://puzzle-english.com " and similar.
I also advise a good dictionary " https://www.lingvolive.com/ru-ru ", because Google translate is nonsense, you should not use it when learning.
From paper - "Tutorial" Petrova.
Gradually read adapted literature, watch TED Talk with subtitles.
If you use Wikipedia, then switch from Russian to " https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page "
Practice every day (this is very important!) for at least 30 minutes (hello the half hour theory).
For 1.5 years to learn English is real. Crooked, clumsy, but possible (without a tutor, it is almost impossible to learn the perfect pronunciation). For me, it's better to speak with errors than to remain silent in response.
Good luck!

In addition to all sorts of lessons, if you watch some series / cartoons - make an effort of will and watch in the original. At first, you can turn on Russian + English subtitles at the same time (online players do not know how to do this, as far as I know, you will have to download it).
Then you leave only English, then no subtitles at all. At first it will be hard, but if you get involved, your vocabulary will trample very quickly.
Most popular music videos can be found in the lyric version by simply adding "lyrics" to the YouTube title. Somehow so .

This is the last thing, learn words ahead of grammar.
Useless venture.
First you need to master a simple sentence, its negative and interrogative forms, the future and the past tense.
As long as you master it, and slowly learn the words used, it will go by itself. It’s really possible to spend a couple of months on the main times between times and without unnecessary stress. And then register on English-language forums, read articles, read English-language letters in the mail, and get words.
Yes, you must listen! These are lessons to be found.
