English for beginners?

There are a bunch of websites/apps for learning English from scratch. But what if you already know something? I calmly read some technical texts / books without a translator (because the vocabulary there is quite simple). In some articles, you already have to use the Google Translate extension (to highlight a word and immediately translate it), but there are very few unfamiliar words. And in some articles there are a bunch of unfamiliar words and you either have to figure it out for a long time or read the article diagonally. There are no special problems with grammar (except that I’m too lazy to finish learning it completely, for example, too lazy to remember the rules for the article and that’s it, but I know the basic times and that’s enough for me), but I would like to somehow tighten up the vocabulary so that you can easily read any English content. Ideally, some list of the most important words, but not for zeros (i.e. without very simple words, who were taught in elementary school). Who can advise what?
