Encryption of user data in OS X 86?

Hello, I'm interested in this question, in poppies, all user data on the disk is protected by authentication in icloud. How are things with hackintosh, Let's say if you remove the hard one from a hacked desktop on OSX and try to access user information (notes, browser, archives, etc.)
