How correct would it be to make the $_DEBUG global boolen variable in order to enable or disable site debugging in one place. That is, exceptions will be scattered throughout the code and $ _DEBUG will be checked in them and if true, then an error is displayed (for example, PDO). As far as I know, there are entire consoles in the frameworks for this? Is it a normal method for an Orthodox bike builder?
