Enabled checkbox in the ethernet tab in Mikrotik, how to return it?

In general, I am a complete teapot in Mikrotik and have never come across it. There was a problem with the Internet, I went to Winbox to fix something and accidentally unchecked the enabled box on the ethernet tab, after which the Internet went out, I can’t connect to mikrotik. how to be, how to connect and put this checkbox back?

Is Mikrotik physically far away from you? If that port was in a bridge with some other one, hook up a patch cord to the second port and try again.
Always use the Safe mode button so as not to turn gray prematurely.

You can't get there without physical access. In this matter, the important points are the device model (presence of RS232), the number of ports, what they are busy with. Winbox knows how to connect to a MAC address. It is important to connect via Ethernet cable directly to Mikrotik. If there is a device on the Neighbors tab, click on the MAC address (1st column), then login and password, the connect button, and do what you need. If you have RS232, you can connect through it. There will only be a command line. This is usually intimidating for beginners.
