Emulator stopped working in Android Studio, how to fix it?

Recently the emulator stopped working in Android Studio and Genymotion, has anyone solved this problem? Please share your experience. I know about testing on real devices

Delete everything from the /home/user/.android/avd folder and then reinstall the emulator you need ... blocking is not necessary here
