Employment without experience at all. Do they look at the work book?

In short - Not everything is going smoothly with the work book. I am 26 years old, I graduated from a university with a degree in marketing, but I have not worked a single day on a specialty. At first, he worked as a loader. Then unofficially in Korea. So there is one sad entry in the labor. This can become a serious barrier to employment, what do you advise? Now I'm starting to learn the code. Is it worth it to work in parallel to write to the labor or is it better to delve into the code in order to master it faster (there is a small income on the Internet).

The work book is a relic of the Soviet era. Now the entries in it can be useful only for work in state institutions, and it is simply needed for official employment.
You don't need to work to be enlisted. In general, you do not need to indicate all your work in your resume - only those that are useful for your specialty.

In big/serious/not-Too-Modern companies, it is a must to watch.
They look at how much you worked where and by whom, and the internal security service checks this data.
Potential problem-free employee is a very important criterion when there are 1000/5000/n in the state.
Small ones are usually not steamed

I'm afraid that you have more important obstacles, for example, lack of experience, who the hell needs your work if you have no experience?

You usually give labor when you get a job. Up to this point, it is usually not asked. In one firm, they asked me for a labor contract up to this point, but there it was needed for the security service, but still there was nothing serious.
Some even work in the black or freelance, and nothing. The main thing is to have experience in commercial development. What it is is another question.
ZY So you should rather bother about this, and not about what is written in your work book.
