Employment in a company as an individual entrepreneur / self-employed?

Why should you be paid more due to lower tax burden? The company is engaged in optimization, not redistribution of money from the state into your pocket.
The biggest risk is to stop working with you. It's easier than firing an employee. Well, holidays with sick leave are also at your expense.

I got 100k more per month with an individual entrepreneur, no medical insurance, unpaid vacation, I pay taxes myself. But I decided that for such an amount I can suffer a little

if it is indicated that in the state or individual entrepreneur / self-employed, wait for an offer to the state, and then trade in + yourself for an individual entrepreneur, maybe plus 20% (to make it more interesting for everyone, don’t forget about your taxes). Set aside the difference for your retirement, so much more reliable than PFRs

For the company, this is a tax cut, and a very legal one. Often, in such vacancies, it can be assumed that the company pays taxes (that is, in fact, you are simply transferred a little more money), even in this scenario, taxes are reduced from almost 50% to 8-9%, which is obviously more profitable.
Sick leave and vacations are often also provided, it’s just that it’s not formalized anywhere. Roughly speaking, in the month when you are given a vacation, the work will simply be estimated at a greater number of hours.
From the point of view of the employee, there are two minuses - the ability to terminate the contract in one day (but believe me, a regular employment contract is also fine one day and even retroactively terminated, there are usually appropriate levers) and the absence of maternity leave (this is really a big minus). By the way, in the case of an individual entrepreneur, you also have the opportunity to terminate the contract in one day, which in rare cases can be a plus.
A small minus - you still need to keep track of your bookkeeping and taxes.
Regarding the "salary is higher" - this is the market, you evaluate yourself at a certain amount, the company also evaluates the work performed at a certain amount. Agreed - work, did not agree - looking further.

No, the company simply reduces taxes, they won’t allow it anymore.
If you pay more, then what’s the point of hiring pawns
