Employment. I do not know what to do?

Guys, I don't know what to do. I really want to get a job as a junior java(c++) developer, but my soul is tormented by vague doubts. Interested in the cities of Kyiv and Odessa. This is just for reference, but here's the thing. I taught Java, I didn’t teach brutally, but I devoted at least 1-1.5 hours a day - that’s for sure. The study was slow, but at some point I really wanted to go to work, I monitored the institute - there were almost no vacancies for a junior. And those that are, make me doubt how well prepared I am. Recently I paid attention to c ++, and I really liked this yap. For some reason, it is easier to learn than Java, but I have just started. So here's the crux of the problem. How can I find out if I fit the position of a junior, what is better to develop: Java, which I have been learning for a long time, or C ++, which I just started, but I like it. And of course, a banal question,

It's better to do what you like (C++), but Java is very good, by the way. And Java evolved from C++. Pros are a little more complicated and have many nuances. I will not hide that it is easier to get a job on the pluses, but to understand (study) them, you still need to spend a lot of time. I don't know where you can find junior C++ now, but you can find Java, if only because mobile development is popular.
First, look at open source. But if this does not suit you and you need to work "tomorrow" in the office, in a team, it is better to study Java. I studied it because of Android and was very squeamish, but now I really like it. Such a cool community language.
Ready for junior? Hmm, just prepare for the requirements of the job and sip some programs. Make, for example, standard applications - chat, notepad, study journal, schedule. Just fill your hand and say at the interview about it. Besides, rest assured. You will doubt, just don’t say a lot about yourself (which, perhaps, the employer would like to hear about you - you know how to be motivated). The junior himself means a developer without experience, but with knowledge. But we must remember that they usually look at smart people. Maybe you have less knowledge, but you are smart, active and more developed as a person - the chances are higher.
And really, stop doubting. You are talented, burn! If it’s going hard - break it anyway, try, google and practice reading in English (the skill increases very much), solve problems - this is all an experience that will eventually create you. Fear paralyzes and breaks. If you choose a language, make a decision and follow it despite the doubts, otherwise you will doubt for another 3 months (the time for which you can become a junior in any of them)

Is there a repository with examples of your programs on guthub or bitbucket? If not, it's good to have one. If C++, have you worked (at least a little) with qt, winapi, sockets, boost?

Didn't find what you were looking for?
