Emmet LiveStyle plugin not working, what could be the reason?
I installed the Emmet LiveStyle plugin for Sublime Text and the corresponding add-on for Google Chrome, as described here:
habrahabr.ru/post/189748
I set everything up, but nevertheless it does not work, changes in styles do not work in either direction. Although the browser sees the Sublime editor and css files open in it.
Maybe someone came across a similar problem and solved the problem, tell me please.

It turned out that the plugin works if we replace all non-ascii characters in the path to the html and css files with ascii (Cyrillic to Latin in our case).
