In the bitrix:sale.order.ajax component template, when placing an order on behalf of an unregistered user, a message appears: "Email for user registration is not specified" and there is no e-mail field, not at all - that is, there is nowhere to write down the mail.

You need to add a required Email order property (shop -> shop settings -> order properties) and check the "Use as E-Mail" option. This is necessary even if you have indicated that you can place an order without registration, since a service user is created each time to bind the order.
Also in the settings of the main module, on the authorization tab, confirmation of registration by email should be disabled
