Email layout, two layouts?
Good afternoon! I have the following problem. I am doing a test task, at this stage, layout of an email letter.
Please explain why I was given two layouts, one with a picture, the other without. I don’t understand how to make up, two layouts separately, or you can all in one and somehow track whether the pictures are disabled.
I will also be grateful for any advice on the layout of email letters. (Best practice for such layout)

I see that the question was asked a long time ago, so I would like to update the recommendations regarding email layout by the end of 2018. The layout
