Small repair business. I'm trying to implement a control room using planfix.ru - it accepts leads from incoming emails that are sent, for example, from the landing page, and knows how to notify users about new tasks.
The problem is that my users are plumbers and electricians, most of whom have ordinary phones that can only SMS.
There is a good email->SMS gateway - smsbliss.ru (a letter to [email protected] goes as an SMS to [phone]), but it requires a login and password in the body of the letter, and there are no letter templates in planfix .
