There is a task: to receive a letter, see where and from whom and direct it to the “right direction” by a redirect.
Getting parsed emails and attachments I did.

And how to redirect a letter with all attachments, but with changing the subject and adding a recipient and CC, I can’t figure out something.

Not quite clear. If you parsed the letter into parts, including attachments. Why not create a new letter with the desired subject, recipient, CC, etc. and send it?
