Email addresses are either valid or not, how to solve this?

I ran into a problem, when validating email addresses, a number of them ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected]) are being validated.
At the first mailing to these addresses, soft / hard bounce takes off.
At repeated - everything is OK.
What could be the problem?
