What web-oriented systems can you recommend?
Often, the ability to organize mailings exists in various CMS / CRM, in which of the CMS / CRM is it more competently implemented?

There is no desire to use third-party services, because I want only the customer to have a client base.

At the moment, I am considering using SugarCRM for these purposes, but I would like to hear your suggestions on how else to send mailings?
