Emacs as an IDE for C#?

How to set up emacs for a C# project, specifically interested in compiling and debugging a VS2010 project.
The advantage will be the use of auto-completion, but not for all tags, but only depending on the context (similar to vs).
Ps For navigation I use the projectile package and etags.
