How can you confirm the uniqueness of the account, in order to avoid possible duplicates or, for example, if you lose access to the account - for example, so that it would be possible to tell the administration a part of the key, by which, for example, you can check the hash sum?

I guess they don't give a damn about hashes - they will prefer standard confirmation methods - e-mail, SMS by phone where it is.
No one will do non-standard gestures for you.
