Elance - account closed (I'm sure - not deservedly), is there anything that can be done?

received the email "Your Elance account has been closed":
As part of an ongoing effort to monitor workplace quality, we periodically scan freelancer accounts to identify those with higher than average numbers of disputes, negative feedback, client concerns, or evidence of moving work off Elance. While we don't expect perfection, we do look for an overall track record of positive performance and take into consideration your entire work history.
Unfortunately, your account was found to have a high number of negative client experiences when compared to other freelancers, leading to a satisfaction level significantly below the average. As a result, your account has been closed.
For more information on why this action was taken, please refer to these FAQs.
We regret any disappointment this decision may cause and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
Best Regards,
The Elance Trust & Safety Team
This is completely unfounded, I've only had positive reviews, no complaints. That is, I can not understand at all what could cause the closure.
I wrote to support, but I think there will be a refusal with some standard wording, because the FAQ says:
If my account is closed, can I appeal this decision?
no. We take this decision very seriously and have taken action only after a comprehensive evaluation of your work history. As such, there is no appeals process.
Has anyone experienced this? Who can write "there was some kind of misunderstanding" and sort it out in detail?
update:
as expected, support responded with a standard thrashing
Unfortunately, once your account has been closed it cannot be re-opened. I apologize for any disappointment this may cause. For more information about why your account was closed, please refer to these FAQs: help.elance.com/entries/96312733.
in Google cache you can see reviews for the last 12 months, although in 2014 I was not very active on elance, I don’t see anything particularly criminal there webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:gLcp...
5 good reviews
2 works without recall (completed, I don’t remember why there is no review)
1 canceled (I canceled and returned the money to the client, because a very harmful client. I myself think that I did everything that was agreed upon)
1 not rated because the client disappeared (actually he threw me, because I provided him with all the results, and there was no escrow protection)
for the period even earlier, as far as I remember, there were strictly positive reviews.
The last work (not reflected in the cache), in general, the client found me himself on google + and offered to pay via paypal, but I said that it was better to issue elance (despite the fact that I received 9% less due to the commission!).
If you rummage through your memory for jambs - a few months ago I negotiated with a couple of clients, but then refused them because of the workload, but we didn’t even reach a contract!
Lure of payment outside of elance - I don't remember such a thing.

So I received the same letter of happiness today. Elans earned a lot from me in 2 years of my work. All 5 large orders made by me are only positive feedback. There was one dispute, but it was resolved peacefully and no one left negative feedback.
Elance's FAQ on this topic (in the same email) indicates that there should be multiple customer complaints, which was not the case in my case either.
I really don't get it - they've made up to 2 grand bucks on my clients in 2 years and just close accounts without warning. They are real freaks. There are people who support their families by freelancing. My opinion - let the end client always decide who to order from, and the elance does not interfere, receiving his legal 10% or how much

Elance closed my account in October. It was not possible to get the reason for closing from support. They answer letters, but each answer does not carry any useful information - perhaps the account was closed due to bad reviews, or perhaps your account was closed due to low activity, or perhaps ... in general, there are only one assumption.
My account is from 2008. Only has 5 star reviews. No disputes with clients. He did not transfer work to the side. To the point that communication was more often in the internal chat, Skype did not tolerate communication.
I think that’s why they can’t name a specific reason for closing the account, there’s nothing to cling to!
I think they close accounts that have money. They pocket money for themselves.
Heresimilar reviews about elance.com. Please note that many were closed in October.
Friends, where have you moved to freelancing now?

In Elance, a more than sane support, if you didn’t break anything, then they will unlock it without problems, then you’ve gathered in detail if you say that this is an erroneous blocking.

And the same thing happened to me - my oDesk account was closed for no reason. How to recover?

I agree, these freaks are worse than demons, now I have money in my account, support is 0 with a minus, these goats do not want to add a method for withdrawing money, firstly they removed the chat from the account, and secondly they do not answer in tickets. I contacted the Payoneer bank and said you can withdraw money from elance.com, but they blame the bank for everything, contact them, but they themselves did not add a withdrawal method to me on the site. It is necessary to put the negatives of the Elance company - thieves.
