Installed ejabberd 2.1.5 on Debian 6.0.2 squeeze
Standard web interface ip_adress :5280/admin Just
for fun: is it possible to simplify the link to the format ip_adress/admin or ip_adress :5280/
Web interface does not depend on Apache

Write in the config port 80 instead of 5280 (if you do not have sites on this IP) and go to ip_adress/admin
Or install Apache with mod_proxy and configure it. Then it will even be possible to get into the admin panel by ip_adress/

I would make a separate virtualhost with a reverse proxy. Then even with sites on the same system combined.
