Effective advertising. How much budget do you need to advertise your information product?

Let's say I created a landing page with my info product. Payment and purchase directly on the page. The course is in two languages (Ukrainian and Russian). In addition, there is a referral program, according to which everyone who sells my course receives 40% of the cost of the goods. 1 unit of goods = 1000 rubles.
How much do you need to spend on advertising, and what type of advertising is best to use to make the first 10 sales? What platforms like glopart would you recommend placing your product on?
Regarding the course, we can say that it is relevant and will be of interest to a wide audience.

To get started, make 5-10 sales in any way, and only then think about advertising. If no one buys from you, then it makes sense to spend money on promotion. After all, you are making a product for the consumer, and not vice versa.
For testing, there are options without capital investment.

The first 10 sales must be made manually. If you can’t sell your product in a personal conversation, when you have every opportunity to work out objections, give additional information, convince, and so on, then you won’t sell a damn thing through the site. You need experience in sales, communication with potential buyers in order to understand what they want, what they are afraid of, what they are wrong about. Only by accumulating this experience you will be able to make a good selling site that will do everything for you, automatically.
