Education in a group of enthusiasts: experience, ideas, research?

Good day, friends!
Working in an IT company and not really complaining about life, reading a lot of books and not seeing the ceiling of my abilities, I came to the disappointing conclusion that I "slightly" outgrew my colleagues. Therefore, it is necessary to pull them up at least to their level, and they themselves do not mind. There is only one question: how to do it most quickly, efficiently and fun? I tried to find/write lessons, give assignments and check them, but it takes an incredible amount of effort. Therefore, I would like to change the paradigm of education: I want not only to teach, but also to learn. A plan immediately matured in my head, according to which people are divided into groups with more / less the same level of skills and knowledge. In such a group, there will be no obvious distortions along the lines of "I don't understand anything" and "yes, it's easier than ever." Then, within this group, you need to build such an interaction,
Are there any good textbooks / manuals for teaching in a group? Maybe there are people who themselves have gone through this and can share their experience / advice? All proposals that can help in the difficult task of professional development are accepted for consideration.

There is nothing better than working as a team (in a team) to solve a problem. Of course, it is necessary that the people in the team themselves want and strive to work in it, to participate. And if a person has neither desire nor aspiration, offer him at least something, at least teach him something - there will be no sense. No, you can teach, share your experience, but it will be costly and unpleasant. IMHO.

Organize something like a hackathon on a given topic. Then parse the results.

Pair programming, "I don't understand anything" behind the keyboard, "yes, it's easier than ever" - nearby. Pairs are mixed every day. After a while, they will work smarter and the overall level will catch up.
Problems - just nafig, it is necessary that people learn to program, and not solve problems.
In general, for myself I don’t remember a better way of learning than “here it is - here it is, you’ll set the deadline yourself tomorrow”
