ECPM for the CIS fell by 4 times (Chartboost), what do you recommend?

Hello!
Since the New Year, on Chartboost for iOS and Android games, eCPM has fallen by 4 times (for the CIS countries). Accordingly, income - which is critical. What can you advise? Perhaps someone has experience of a way out of such a situation.

The situation is similar with Chartboost. Since the beginning of 2016, ECPM has slowly fallen by 3-4 times compared to 2015 (while the audience has not changed during this time). The Chartboost website has recommendations on this issue, even in Russian (Apparently this issue worries many from the CIS).

You can also watch it on youtube video for "ecpm chartboost". Some show you how to identify ineffective ads in your app and disable them.
From my own experience, I’ll immediately say that these techniques help to increase ecpm, BUT, firstly, it is insignificant (in my case, by about 30%, which does not compensate for the global drop). And secondly, after some time (conditionally a week) ECPM starts to decrease again.
I can only advise the following, to optimize in chartboost and at the same time start testing other advertising grids. Based on the data obtained, draw your own conclusions.
