ECMAScript 6 support in Node.js Express.js?

Hello. Please tell me how correct it is now to develop on Express.js according to the ECMAScript 6 standard.
How complete is the support? Is this best practice.
What is generally better to read on best practice for Express.js?

The other day there was a holiday, Nodejs v4.0 was released (node.js and io.js merged together).
