Eclipse refuses to run android apps?

Something I have after a recent SDK update has become terribly buggy eclipse. Immediately after launch, everything is usually fine - by clicking the Run button, the emulator starts and the application starts. Sometimes this can be done several times. Then, all of a sudden, the button stops working, a hint “the application is already running” appears on it (even after I forcibly kill it in the emulator). Only a complete restart of the eclipse + emulator helps. If you try to enter the eclipse debugger, the eclipse hangs tightly - just kill the process.
In addition, adb crashes periodically. And not even at the moment of launching or running the application in the emulator, but just while I'm editing the code.
It got awful. There are no more updates for either the eclipse or the SDK, I checked it.
Any ideas what could be broken? I can, of course, try to rearrange everything again, but there is a lot of fuss, and little confidence in success.

I have a similar problem.
I solved it this way - until the emulator is fully loaded, I don’t touch it and the eclipse.
I noticed that the eclipse freezes if you continue to work in it while the emulator is loading ...
