Eclipse: one android project. how to get several different apk at the output?

There is a working project indie game on android. I would like to spud, in addition to the Google market, a couple more large stores.
The problem is that the application has in-game purchases, and each store must use its own API.
Is it possible to make a custom project with little blood?

Depends on the build system. On gradle, this is easily implemented with build options and flavors. For this, I once left maven.
