Eclipse dark theme

After upgrading to ubuntu 12.04, the custom theme for eclipse stopped loading. Gnome 3.4.1, not a unit.
The dear one started up, of course, like this:

GTK2_RC_FILES=/path/to/gtkrc eclipse

I don’t know what exactly has changed and whether it has changed, but now this trick does not work.
I tried to run other applications with this theme - it's useless.
Tried to run eclipse with other themes - it's useless.
I tried to run other applications with other themes - it's useless.

The themes themselves are in the system, they are seen, they change with the help of gnome-tweak-tool.

Tell me, in which direction to dig at all?
I have never delved deeply into this issue, but now I have stuck my head and I don’t even know from which side to approach the problem.

I won’t say anything about system themes, I haven’t encountered such a problem, but I myself change the theme for eclipse using eclipsecolorthemes.org .
