Echofon equivalent for Firefox?

There was once a wonderful client for reading Echofon twitter . In the latest version, the developers stuffed ads, and indeed, with each version, it got worse and worse. I downloaded the previous version, 2.3.6, but it periodically does not work with Firefox Aurora 12 , i.e. it works, it doesn't.
In this regard, the question - we need a new twitter client. It can also be combined with a Facebook client. The main task is to sit in the addon bar, show the number of unread, be able to tweet, retweet and facebook. Yonoo doesn't roll, the monitor is 19" in total, and I don't need an extra sidebar.

Due to the complete inoperability of echofon for firefox, the question is still relevant. Everything that I came across works through the sidebar, which in my opinion is not convenient.
