Why did the icons appear large?

Hello, there is a problem with the site.
When you enter the site, everything is displayed in large icons and there is no interface. Tried clearing cookies and cache.
Firefox browser latest version.

Some bullshit with azure.

As a temporary solution, it is suggested to disable OCSP Stapling:

1. Open about:config
   
2. To findsecurity.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling
   
3. Change value to false
