You need a ready- made simple solution for viewing tomcat logs.
Something like this

Maybe there is a ready-made web app somewhere ..?
Z.Y. psi-probe or write a servlet for viewing logs yourself or ftp do not offer.

just in Apache make access to the folder with logs and you don't need to write anything, it will be exactly like in your picture
