Easy remote access. What options are there to implement this?

There is a home network.
There are 2 providers.
There is a computer which can be configured as a router.
Needed :
Have remote access via rdp regardless of which provider is connected.
It is assumed that when one channel goes down, another one will rise => IP
change encountered bugs in which the IP is not updated immediately.
What are the options?

If you obviously know your both IP addresses (they should be static) - then it's easy.

You can call the provider's technical support - they will tell you the IP and the status of the connection itself. Did it myself a few times.

In the simplest case: Round robin DNS .
If not satisfied: ip1.myserver.net, ip2.myserver.net
Both options require static IP lease.
