E-mail sending with mailman on shared hosting - is it possible?

Hello.
There is a mailing list that I conduct using SugarCRM CE. What I don't like about this CRM is that the system does not delete recipients that are not available for mailing (the mailbox is full, there is no such address). And you can not (with superficial picking, I did not find a way) to use DKIM.
There is a shared hosting with ssh access (timeweb) . In those. support told me that I can install mailman according to its official documentation. I don’t know if they understood me correctly, because I wrote that this is not just a site in php, but nevertheless.
Hosting has python.
Now the question is: has anyone had experience with a similar setup?
In general, is it possible to install some kind of software (mailman is "software" after all?) on a shared hosting?
If you know how this can be done other than mailman, then please tell me.
