Dynamic Graphs in Asp NET?

The task is as follows - there is a postgres base, you need to display dynamic data in the form of graphs.
Here, in PHP, this is solved, for example, using the highcahrts library.
What is the easiest way to draw a page with a calendar, a dropdown with shifts, a current shift button and the chart itself.

highcharts is a javascript client library. What's stopping you from using it?
