During the game, the cscript.exe window pops up, how to treat it?

During the game (independent of the specific game), an empty window ..\system32\cscript.exe often pops up twice, minimizing the game. It closes on its own in a second. I suspect that the drivers for the new keyboard are crooked. How to treat?
