Duplication of goods when unloading from 1C?

When importing goods to a site from 1C in which goods were already created by hand, goods with the same article number were created as new, and not overwritten (changed property values).
What could be wrong? I think that the problem is in the ID of the goods, but in 1C it is indicated in a different format.

Products are compared by XML_ID - external code. The article here is just a property and does not affect anything
