Duplicate pages in DLE: How to solve the issue with page/1

The address site.ru/page/1/ produces a redirect to the main page. But the link site.ru/page/1 (without a slash at the end) gives out on the page - Redirect - How to fix it?
And when you go to a link of this kind - site.ru/cat - it gives an error
site.ru/cat/ (with a slash) - everything is fine
