Due to what appears 180v?
The question is absolutely stupid, but in circuitry I am 0. In general, I found such a project https://alexgyver.ru/nixieclock_v2/ ,
it's on easyeda: https://easyeda.com/editor#id=be6c3cd8d42a414b8a8e...
I I understand that the voltage conversion from 5v to 180 occurs due to the 4.7uF_350v capacitor and the trimmer resistor.
I tried to repeat this on a breadboard with a 35v capacitor and a LBP set to 5v, as a result, the capacitor is not charged more than the supply voltage.
Actually, I can’t understand what the principle is

The inductor accumulates energy, then, due to self-induction, the voltage across it rises, and this accumulates on the capacitor. More details and "on the fingers" - in this article
