Actually net KVM with characteristics:
1. 4 ps/2 ports (2 for mouse, 2 for keyboard)
2. 2 COM ports
3. 2 D-SUB VGA video inputs
4. 2 USB ports.
5. Designed for 2 devices (server, PC)
6. Has the ability to get remote access to bios.
7. Can remotely turn on and off the computer.
