DSTNAT over PPTP on mikrotik?

Hello!
There is a telephony service provider. He brought his cord into our office, applied VLAN to it, and included us in his gray grid.
There is a remote office that is connected to the main one via PPTP (on both sides of Mikrotik 1100AH). The remote office has an IP PBX.
Task: forward VoIP traffic to a remote office.
Addressing: 172.20.3.20/30 - provider's network
10.0.110.0/24 - subnet of the remote office (the main one is connected to it as a PPTP client and has the address 10.0.110.251)
Routes are registered on both sides, ICMP flies in both directions, the trace shows that the routes are correct.
I make a DST-NAT rule: dst-address 172.20.3.22 Action: netmap To Addresses: 10.0.110.4 (PBX IP address).
The rule does not work, all counters are zero.
Colleagues, tell me what I'm doing wrong.
If traffic cannot be forwarded in this way, then how to solve the above problem?
Thanks in advance.

It is not clear from which MK you are trying to forward VoIP traffic. I advise you to draw on paper how everything works and how you want it to work. And it is easier for us to understand, and maybe you yourself will understand what you missed. :)
