DSL-2650U distributes addresses to wireless devices in the 10.208.x.x segment, but should in 192.168.x.x. How can this be fixed?

The DHCP server has a range of 192.168.1.2-192.168.1.254. But the router stubbornly distributes 10.208.x.x to some wireless devices in this segment. For some reason, not all devices, but some receive addresses from 10.208.x.x. I don't understand what's wrong?
firmware version 2.5.1

the router stubbornly distributes 10.208.x.x to some wireless devices in this segment.

1. Do these devices go to the Internet normally?
2. Are they definitely connecting to your router's WiFi and not your neighbor's?
3. What address does the router itself receive from the provider? Not from the same 10.208.x.x subnet? It should be visible in the WAN state.
It is possible that Bridge is enabled in the router settings, and some devices pick up settings from the DHCP provider, and not the router.
In the settings of my modem (router), Bridge can be activated simultaneously with PPoE. If you have one - deactivate Bridge.

what is the gateway for devices with ip 10.208.x.x, try to go through the web, I think that this is not a DSL-2650U, but a device on which the DHCP server is running
