Drupal. Why does the locales_source table grow so much?

I got a site on which the table is growing strongly locales_source. I found that it may be due to the use t()with dynamic content, but after looking at all the custom modules and themes, I did not find anything like that. Maybe someone faced this problem? What else could be the reason? Moreover, the table contains both rows and numbers, which, in my opinion, is very strange.
