Drupal 7! How to organize the opened filter (Price) from and to?

A price text field has been created for the type of material, the material is displayed through views, in the same view an expanded filter has been created for the same field (Price) here is a screen of its settings-

But the filter does not work as it should, I drive FROM 300 and TO into it if left empty , it does not look for anything, if you specify only UP TO 300, then it filters. Tell me if anyone knows how to make the filter FROM a given price work? Thank you!
