Dropdown menu like Rambler?

I'm looking for a menu similar to news.rambler.ru , with a drop-down list of news and a transition to a category.
Is it even better like Rambler's, or do they have self-writing? :)

Do you think this is a hellishly complicated script? Any front-end worker in their staff will do it in a working day, with a break for teas and playing mortal kombat and fifa =)

This is the most common drop-down menu, who knows the layout, there is nothing complicated here, and this can be done without scripts, and you have turned down the working day for such a trifle a lot) if you only take into account the time for layout and design, otherwise such a thing is done in 5- 10 minutes if not faster
